CHICAGO, IL - Walking down Michigan Avenue to pick up some medicine from Walgreens, Ryan Berman couldn’t help but notice the long gazes he was receiving from women passing him. Berman was well aware people were only ogling at him because they couldn’t figure out if his handsome self is a coastal transplant, or an actor on one of Dick Wolf’s NBC Chicago shows, “Chicago Med”.

“This happens once a week, I’m just walking down the street minding my own business and women’s jaws drop to the floor like they’re a 1940s cartoon character. I mean, in such a huge city, you'd think they'd have seen cheekbones before!” Berman said. “But yeah yeah, guessed it, I’m an extra on ‘Chicago Med,’ and play the role of gunshot victim #3. I can’t believe they recognize me! If I wanted attention from the girls for my looks, I should just moved to Chicago from New York instead of getting into student debt from Julliard.”

Onlookers like Brittany Smith couldn’t believe she saw a good looking guy just walking around in Chicago and had to rub her eyes a few times to make sure she was seeing things correctly.

“He didn’t have any Italian beef stains on his shirt and was not wearing a Chicago Cubs jersey, so I knew something was very off about him. My first guess was that the handsome guy was here for a job,” Smith said. “It’s just would be an added bonus if the handsome guy is on one of Dick Wolf’s shows. I would just love to marry into the Dick Wolf TV universe, but I’d also get with someone off of “Empire” too since that films here.”

At presstime, Berman was reported saying he’s only going to be in Chicago until literally any other TV show casts him in something that films in New York or Los Angeles or when Dick Wolf decides to do a new Law & Order reboot.
